Family History Night at Pollard Memorial Library, 401 Merrimack St. Lowell, Mass.

Local history librarians provide Internet and archival genealogy instruction and research support. Individual help with the genealogy collection in the Local History Department will be available. This is a great opportunity for beginners or veterans to meet other researchers, receive help with research questions and share genealogy finds.The Local History area is located on the second floor.

2011 Genealogical and Historical Lectures
The workshops are held at the Regional Archives building, 380 Trapelo Road, Waltham, Mass. They start at 2 p.m. and last for approximately 90 minutes.

Registration: Call (866) 406-2379 or e-mail waltham.archives@nara.gov to register and for more details. All lectures are FREE and OPEN to the public.

Behind-the-scene tours of the archives are given on Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. All workshops and tours are free.
